8 pieces of rice flakes
Filling
¼ pc unripe mango, thinly sliced, shredded
1/2 pc cucumber, thinly sliced, shredded
1/3 pc red chilli, finely chopped, no seeds
1 pc carrot, thinly sliced
1 pc scallions, cut into pieces
4 tbls coriander, fresh, chopped
1 ts soy sauce
5 tbls sesame seed, toasted
Mix with other ingredients
Dip the rice flakes under luke warm water. Place on a bench. Wait 1 minute. Place the filling nearest to you. Roll away from you, such that the rice paper is folded right over the filling. Fold the right and left side. Roll from it. Make spring roll as tight as possible. Roll them in sesame seeds and cut into 4.
Ginger Sauce
1 dl sweet soy sauce
1 ts ginger, grated
1 pc lime, juice
Mix all the ingredients.
